Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. A typical piece of lingerie (12” x 12”, 1 pound) will have the following rates:

- Domestic Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout
- International Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout
- International Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout

4. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days before shipping. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

5. International Shipping

We ship internationally with no exclusions. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Handling Delays: During peak seasons such as holidays, processing and shipping times may be delayed. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
Customs Delays: International orders may experience delays due to customs inspections. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Accurate Shipping Information: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at rosacabin@gmail.com so we can assist you with filing a claim with USPS.
Special Packaging: Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you have any specific packaging requests, please let us know when placing your order.
